GRAVEYARD PARTY V SPECIAL SHOW @ DARK SIDE RADIO 09.11.10!!!

Huomenna juhlistetaan tulevan viikonlopun Garveyard Party V tapahtumaa joka järjestetään perjantaina Helsingin Kulttuuriareena Gloriassa ja lauantaina Tampereen Tulliklubilla! Luvassa perjantaina esiintyvän The Closed bändin haastattelu!

Lisäksi fiilistellään Suomen tämän hetken industrial kuulumisia ja erikoisvieraina lähetyksessä lisäksi aQi Kuroshio ja Rami ErilaZ. ErilaZ bändi esiintyy lauantaina Tampereen Graveyardissa!

Luvassa siis nannaa industrial/goth/metal/darkwave/harddance diggareille!

HANZEL UND GRETYL - FINLAND UBER ALLES!!

Moment with the main man MR Kaizer Von Loopy about their visions, world, music and why they are the best band in the world in their own scene:

"Hanzel und Gretyl as described by Kaizer Von Loopy is "an exercise in absurdist futurism, a sociological experiment, and a traveling mini-Oktoberfest heavy metal party from hell" all occuring at the same time. HuG prides itself on stretching the very limits of what is conventionally regarded as the so called "right way" to do things, starting with the unusual idea to start a "German" band without any Germans or legitimate German speaking individuals and continuing with a compulsion to never to quite fit in comfortably with any established genre. HuG fans are an eclectic group that seem to have one basic thing in common that connects them to a larger group. They like German stuff!

HuG's live show is characterized by unrelenting high energy! Kaizer Von Loopy has been known drink beer from beginning to end of the entire set, douse himself in it, share beers with the audience and spontaneously jump into the audience and crowd surf during guitar solos while Vas Kallas delivers her signature high decibel vocal assault! They like to describe it as pure chaos. HuG actually play out the role of angry abandoned children of the deep dark forest. When you hear the cheers and bombs, heils and boots stompin,you know you're at a Hanzel und Gretyl show!

When HuG began in the early 90's, they put forth a stoic persona consisting of otherworldly beings completely detached from any understanding of earthly stage performance value. 2 clueless space aliens trying to adapt human form and innocently if not clumsily attempting to be cool!! As time progressed and the new millennium's events brought forth a seemingly nihilistic and destructive atmosphere, HuG, being the highly sensitive auslanders that they are soaked up their surroundings once again and leaned heavily on Germanic and militaristic themes with idyllic Wagnerian fantasies abound coupled with a reckless, hedonistic stage aesthetic that included leather boots, spiked helmets, heavier music and extreme audience participation that often found large numbers of audience on stage with HuG at the end of sets to assist with their official anthem "FUKKEN UBER DEATH PARTY"! HuG's new incarnation was that of a band planning world domination by first becoming the most insane bar band in existence! sound familiar? hopefully not! Their pinpoint lyrical style has been referred to as "HuGlisch", a bastardization hybrid of German and English slang!!

Hanzel und Gretyl are their own scene and the best band in the UNIVERSE!! They have only just begun to demonstrate this to the people of earth as earthlings are slow to perceive such sublime and monumental messages as expressed through sound! PROTEUS ESITTELY:

Proteus has gained the respect to be called Scandinavian's best known Hard Dance DJ and is one of the key players of the global Hard Dance scene. Proteus has been DJ'ing since 1995 and producing music now for 10 years. Proteus combines different genres together from industrial, techno to metal.

The biggest achievements of Proteus so far have been the Hard Dance Awards in 2004 and 2005, when he was voted "Best Hard Dance DJ" in the world two years in a row by people all around the globe. In the world's most influential dj poll; DJ MAG`s TOP 100 DJ list, Proteus has been voted number 90 and 93 and made history in becoming the first Finnish artist making it to the Top 100 DJ list alongside Darude.

In his career so far Proteus has toured in Finland, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Holland, Switzerland, Germany, Malaysia, Russian, Estonia, Poland and Sweden. Proteus has played and headlined many of the major events in world like Dance Valley, Frantic at Brixton Academy, Global Gathering UK and Malaysia, Ground Zero, Creamfields, Impulz, Defqon1, Streetparade Zurich and Torture Garden. Proteus has also had great honour to be the support act for bands like The Prodigy and Juno Reactor.

Proteus has done long time pioneer work with organizing different events in Helsinki and his projects have been for example Graveyard Party, SÄDE, Hellfire Club and Torture Torstai. SÄDE was voted The Best Club in Finland at the Finnish Club Awards in 2003.

Besides of dance scene Proteus works very closely with Finnish industrial and metal scene. Proteus has done several remixes for Finnish bands like Apocalyptica, Turmion Kätilöt, Stereo Junks and Black Light Discipline to name few. Proteus is also famous for his "Proteus Live Show" which is breaking boundaries between dance music and industrial metal concert. Proteus plays electric guitar, keyboards and percussions with his full band and they have done several big shows in Finland.

Proteus runs his own radio show called Dark Side at a major Finnish radio station Basso Radio. The show is introducing different genres of darker music from goth to speedcore.

BLACK LIGHT DISCIPLINE

Black Light Discipline is a Finnish electro-metal band founded in 2005 on the idea to make captivating, synth-based grooves with a contemporary mix of metal and industrial genres. This fresh mixture makes BLD one of the most interesting groups playing electro-metal and the sound could well be described as raw, fleshy but still atmospheric.

In the bands four year lifespan this Kuopio-based quintet has been nothing but ever-growing in every aspect. Becoming more and more active, BLD is pushing the envelope every time playing it live. There has been a good number of praising reviews about the level of energy on stage and as it seems, the hunger is not subsiding. The enthusiasm also breeds cooperation as Dj Proteus and MC Raaka Pee are featured guests on the album.

BLD's releases include a full length album, Empire, in 2008, an EP titled Humanography in 2006 and an early demo round 2005. Empire also conceived the bands first music video filmed for the song Tides. The video itself and the feedback were astonishing and so summoned a good handful of new candidates for BLDs growing fanbase. Humanography and Empire are both produced in collaboration with Osasto-A record label.
